The hit musical “Kinky Boots”, which will conclude its Broadway run in April 2019 after six successful years, has just announced a new lead actor. British YouTuber and rising star Conor Maynard will step into the role of Charlie Price for a limited engagement from November 19, 2018 to January 10, 2019. Though it marks his first appearance in a stage musical, Maynard’s combination of charisma and vocal talent has already captured attention on both sides of the Atlantic.

After a six-year Broadway run, “Kinky Boots” has announced that YouTube sensation Conor Maynard will take over as Charlie Price for a limited period. Despite this being his first-ever musical theater role, Maynard’s performance is expected to bring a fresh energy to the show. His run is scheduled from November 19, 2018 through January 10, 2019.
