Best-Selling Broadway Shows in New York

Broadway Favorites for 2026: Aladdin, MJ & Wicked

For visitors to New York looking for a Broadway musical, we especially recommend Aladdin, MJ The Musical, and Wicked. All three are long-running Broadway favorites and great choices for first-time theatergoers.

For a classic Broadway experience, Aladdin is an excellent choice. The story is easy to follow, making it enjoyable even for those who are not confident in their English or are traveling with children. With colorful staging, familiar songs, and plenty of Disney magic, it is a great introduction to Broadway.

If you are looking for pure entertainment, MJ The Musical is highly recommended. Featuring Michael Jackson’s greatest hits, incredible dancing, and concert-like performances, the show continues to be one of Broadway’s most popular productions in 2026.

Wicked has also attracted a new wave of audiences following the success of the movie adaptation. Its soaring vocals and spectacular sets are everything you would expect from a major Broadway production. Popular performances and better seats tend to sell out early, so we recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are confirmed.
