Born in Boston, Massachusetts
She pursued both academics and theater throughout high school and later graduated from the prestigious Elon University in North Carolina in 2011, majoring in musical theater.
After graduation, she officially began her theater career and made her stage debut in November 2011 in the musical Lysistrata Jones. She later appeared in the Off-Broadway production of Bare: The Musical, followed by her acclaimed performance as Veronica in Heathers, which earned her a Drama Desk Award nomination.
In 2015, she joined the revival of Cabaret, and since October 2017 she has starred as Janis in Mean Girls.
