1. About buying musical tickets

  • How do I buy tickets?

  • How much are tickets?

    Ticket prices vary depending on the show and season. The lowest prices start around $55, while the average for popular long-running shows is about $120. For exact prices, please select the show from the Broadway discount ticket list.

  • Can I buy tickets at the last minute?

    Tickets can usually be purchased until the day before the performance through our booking page. Please choose your show from the Broadway discount ticket list and complete your purchase there.

  • Are there children’s tickets or age restrictions?

    Unfortunately, Broadway musicals do not offer discounted child or infant tickets. Every guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

    For most major productions, children under 4 years old are not permitted. Some family-oriented shows may have different policies. Please check the details for each production via the Broadway discount ticket list.

How are Broadway show tickets delivered?

After purchasing through our website, you will first receive a confirmation email. Then, about two weeks before the performance, you will receive an email with a link to your QR code e-ticket. Full instructions are included in your confirmation email.

3. About attending a Broadway show

  • When do Broadway theaters open before a show?

    The doors usually open about 30 minutes before the performance begins.

  • Is there a dress code for watching a Broadway show?

    There is no official dress code. Some guests attend in casual clothes such as jeans, while others come dressed more formally.
    Note: The air conditioning and heating in theaters can be quite strong. Even in summer, it is often chilly inside, so bringing a light sweater or cardigan is recommended.

  • Are there places to leave my luggage?

    Large bags that do not fit under your seat cannot be brought into the theater. Please leave them at your hotel or use our locker service (you will be redirected to our sister site At New York).

  • Can I buy show merchandise without a ticket?

    In some theaters, you may be able to shop at the merchandise stand without a ticket, but this is decided by each theater on the day. There are also many gift shops located near the Broadway theaters. See the current Broadway musicals here
