Ghost – Story
The Plot / Summary of Ghost
One night, while the two are walking home to their apartment, Sam is killed by a mugger.
Unable to move on, Sam remains in this world as a ghost. He drives the mugger away when the man comes after Molly, then stays close to watch over her so she won’t be harmed.
As a ghost, Sam can neither touch nor speak to Molly, and the distance breaks his heart. One day, he meets Oda Mae Brown, a phony medium.
By a twist of fate, Oda Mae discovers she can hear Sam, and the two learn to communicate. Though she’s frightened at first, Oda Mae gradually forms an unlikely bond with him.
All Sam wants is to talk to Molly. With Oda Mae’s help, he tries to reach her…
