The Music Man – Story
The Plot / Summary of The Music Man
One day, a man named Harold Hill arrives, claiming to be a music professor. In reality, he is a con artist known as “The Music Man,” who travels from town to town convincing people to form a boys’ band, selling them instruments and uniforms, then disappearing with their money.
While the townsfolk are easily taken in by his charm, the town’s librarian and piano teacher, Marian Paroo, remains skeptical of him.
Ironically, Harold finds himself drawn to Marian, whose sharp suspicion only deepens his attraction. He tries to win her over with his quick wit and smooth words, but she refuses to be swayed. As time goes on, more townspeople begin to grow suspicious of Harold’s true intentions.
When the angry townsfolk finally confront Harold, the person who comes to his defense is none other than Marian, who has secretly developed feelings for him. Will Harold manage to escape his fate, and how will his unexpected romance with Marian unfold?

Hugh Jackman's play... I definitely want to see it. I want to hear his voice live!! I'll buy the discounted tickets as soon as they become available.
I've posted on this site's message board, but I'll post here as well. I'm a big Hugh Jackman fan, and while searching online, I found an article about Hugh Jackman appearing in The Music Man on Broadway starting next September.
I wanted to inquire about tickets, but since that's still a year away, I thought I'd just ask here for help. It says there are already sold-out dates, but I'm wondering how long they'll be sold out for.
I'd ask for your advice first.
